This blog will be short but I had to tell everyone who reads this that I discovered something new about myself this weekend-I CAN FLY. Not really but as long as there is guy strapped to my back I can fall to earth faster than most.

Yesterday, Friday, 22 of our people from Westchester Church decided to CHASE A LION and risk life and limb to try skydiving. I have to say I am so proud of these people. Not because they jumped out of an airplane but because they were willing to do something way outside of their comfort zone. I was one of those. I don’t climb past the fourth rung on a ladder but for some reason I took a leap of faith from 11,000 feet.

If you never jump out of a plane or climb past the fourth rung, at least do something that takes you WAY outside of your comfort zone. What you will experience is the awesome presence of God like never before.

Way to go WESTCHESTER-you are some of the most incredible people on the planet. I consider it an honor and a joy to hang out with you and be your pastor. Thanks Stephen for challenging us to CHASE A LION.
